The Joker orders his goons to kill Harley, but she beats them all and destroys the lair. She then vows to him that she will take his place as Gotham's greatest villain.
He laughs and says that he doesn't care, although his hand tremor seems to indicate that he is very upset. On the ruins of his lair, Joker is angry that the construction manager asks him for a permit when no one is expected to know where he should be.
Bane then calls to tell him that Harley is at the Penguin 's nephew's Bar Mitzvah; angered, the Joker heads over there immediately.
Harley tries to encourage the three bad guys to rally to her, but the Joker bullies them until they reluctantly side with him, and Harley leaves, dejected.
Harley ruins the Bar Mitzvah by robbing a nearby bank, which the Penguin had filled with "play money" for his nephew.
The Joker takes advantage of the opportunity to belittle her, telling her that she will never be anything but a sidekick; he then threatens to kill her unless she admits that she is nothing without him.
Harley refuses, so the Joker orders his men to kill her. Harley asks Bane and the other villains why they let the Joker talk to them like that, and says that they have no reason to fear him, as he has no superpowers and he only intimidates others to get what he wants.
Bane and the others realize she is right, and turn their backs on the Joker. Exasperated, the Joker decides to kill Harley himself, but is interrupted by a phone call from the contractors rebuilding his lair.
He says he has to leave to deal with a construction problem, but promises Quinn he will deal with her later. He had Scarecrow bait Ivy into coming to a power plant she intends to destroy, gas her to unconsciousness, and drain her of her pheromones.
Scarecrow would then mix them with his fear gas to mutate the trees in Gotham into savage monsters, and have them run rampant across Gotham, slaughtering several innocents.
When the Justice League without Batman arrive, the Joker has the Queen of Fables trap them in her book and try to kill Harley and her crew Queen of Fables has them sent up a beanstalk to a fairy tale giant's castle, but Kite-Man saves them.
Joker also has his newly built tower rise through the Legion of Doom headquarters, destroying it and likely killing all of the Legion members who were there.
Eventually, when Ivy takes the combination of her pheromones and Scarecrow's gas to mutate herself into a giant but still in control and destroys the tree monsters, Joker fires a harpoon through Ivy's chest just as she and Harley repaired their friendship, seemingly killing her, and laughs at Harley from his lair.
Batman and Harley fail at their plan to work together to take out Joker because of her henchman Clayface 's stupidity. Joker gasses Batman to unconsciousness, and kidnaps Harley's crew, placing a bounty on Harley's head to have her brought to him.
For the next week, with no superheroes to stop him, Joker rules Gotham like a tyrant, killing those who don't laugh at his jokes, and torturing Harley's crew and Batman.
Joker gets bored and kills Scarecrow after he unmasks Batman as Bruce Wayne. He demands that he puts her old outfit on when she was with him or he will kill her crew.
He tried to seduce her one last time, even saying he needed her more than she needed him. Harley intended to stab him when they came close together.
She does, but Joker does too. They fight with Joker winning, and saying that he does not intend to kill Harley, but to erase her completely.
Harley jumps into the vat, only to be saved by Poison Ivy, who was regenerated by being buried in soil. The two manage to defeat Joker and throw him into the vat, but out of one last act of spite, he activates bombs to level Gotham City, nearly killing Harley and Ivy before Batman saved them both.
Months after the events of the first season, the Joker is found working at Noonan's bar, but with normal features and no memory of his past as the Joker.

Contents [ show ]. Of course, Batman would not be the same without the Joker… and the Joker would not have the same charm without Harley Quinn.
But what kind of relationship do they have? The Joker has a somewhat uncertain origin. He switches between versions of his past to make it what he wants, and his character is wrapped in a halo of mystery.
We do know that his characteristic appearance green hair, white skin and red lips came from a fall into chemical waste, changing his appearance forever.
The Joker, as his name suggests, is a joker. He has a somewhat circus-like appearance. And his macabre plans are accompanied by touches of humor, card games and elements that we associate with clowns.
He is an ingenious, manipulative, lying, selfish, egocentric character with a psychopathic profile. He looks for fun and laughter almost like a child, not caring who he hurts along the way.
However, his image and personality are very distinctive. Her real name is Harleen Quinzel. She was an outstanding gymnast and so got a scholarship for college.
She studied psychiatry and got very good grades, albeit unfairly. Finally, she starts working at the Arkham Asylum, where the Joker is interned.
When she meets the Joker in Arkham, she is fascinated by his personality from the beginning. We see in Mad Love that he is sincere with her and tells her about trauma in his past.
These are experiences that later we will learn are not true and that Harley is not the only one who knows about them.
But Harley begins to fall in love. Blinded by love, she is unable to see the psychopath that the Joker is. She only sees in him someone who has suffered, and Batman as his great enemy.
So Harley steals a Harlequin disguise, in honor of the nickname that her beloved Joker gave her. She manages to rescue him from Arkham.
From this moment on, his criminal career will begin. He will build his character, a villain fascinated by jokes with a circus appearance and two hyenas as pets.
For the Joker, Harley represents an opportunity to escape from Arkham. He sees her as someone he can trust, because her devotion to him is infinite.
She falls madly in love and he takes advantage of this situation. Joker starts to abuse her physically and psychologically, even attempting to kill her.
But Harley is unaware of the manipulation. She is submissive and devoted, satisfied with a minimum amount of affection.
However, we see some rebellion by Harley in certain episodes. She almost gets her feet on the ground, like when she joins Poison Ivy and tries to move on with her new friend.
When she saw the news coverage about her escape, he only cared that the Riddler was referred to as "Gotham's funniest villain".
He demanded that one of his goons name a funnier supervillain than himself, and when he guessed "Harley", the Joker shot him to death because "women aren't funny".
At that moment Harley cleared her throat to get the Joker's attention and berated him for breaking his promise, lying to her, and leaving her in Arkham for a year.
She then declared she was breaking up with him, and although the Joker angrily said she didn't "call the shots", she made to leave anyway.
Forced to change tactics, the Joker proclaimed it was what he always wanted anyway, that he prayed she would leave him.
He claimed that he would have insisted on breaking up, as it was the only way "to keep you safe". He shoved Poison Ivy away and lied to Harley about an increased pressure from law enforcement and from Batman, how they were "hell-bent on destroying everyone I care about".
He deceptively confirmed Harley's suspicion that he left her in Arkham for her own safety, and insisted on them staying separated - unless their love was so powerful "even the threat of death can't keep us apart".
He claimed he would die for her any day, at which point Harley finally turned around and came back to him with open arms, stunning Ivy.
Afterward, the Joker became fixated on the Riddler's new riddle that supposedly make's people's brains explode. Although Harley made chocolate chip bread pudding for him which he shot as he mistook them for raisins, and apologized , he still couldn't get his mind off of the Riddler, so Harley offered to kill him for the Joker if he'd watch a movie with her afterward.
He was shortly called by the Riddler, who had captured both Harley and Batman, and forced the Joker to choose which of the two to live and which to die.
The Joker then began to laugh and claimed he couldn't let "this punctuation prick" get credit for killing Batman, so he chose Batman to live and Harley to die, at which point he ran away with Batman in hot pursuit.
Once he reached safety, he sent a goon to Harley to apologize, literally exploding to make the point. Still feeling betrayed however, Harley redid her outfit which the Joker initially appreciated and returned to the Joker once again to break up with him, claiming that he mistreated her and never loved her.
He claimed that was "nonsense" as his motives were never clear as "an agent of chaos". When she was unmoved, he frustratedly insisted that no one ever breaks up with him, the top villain in Gotham, but Harley declared that she would be replacing him in that role.
Challenged, the Joker called his goons to kill her, saying that she couldn't even leave the room alive unless he allowed it.
Although she initially did well with her mallet, the Joker blew it up with a bomb, and she was soon overwhelmed.
He offered to relent if she submitted, but she defiantly retorted "til death do us part", so he nonchalantly ordered her death. This time however, she managed to fight everyone off and to raid his cache of grenades, which she used to destroy his lair and bring it crumbling down around him.
He survived by taking refuge under a pool table, and although he was left at Harley's mercy, she spared him so she could "see the look on your face when I'm runnin' this town".
At the Legion of Doom , the Joker encountered Scarecrow and Bane , and learned that everyone knew of Harley breaking up with him.
Angered, the Joker played it off but soon tried to change the optics. He went onto Howie Mandel's TV show, having strapped a bomb to Howie, and forced him to recount his joke about Harley and the Joker breaking up.
The Joker then took this opportunity to broadcast to the world that he actually dumped her, and that he would "respect her wishes to drift into the darkness of total anonymity".
He then activated Howie's bomb, which shortly killed him. Later, while rebuilding his lair, Bane called the Joker and let him know that Harley was at the Penguin 's nephew's bar mitzvah, trying to get along with the Legion of Doom.
He rushed to the party and found her bantering with Legion members, and quickly drove her off. While camping the table he ended up stealing Bane's dinner, and laughed hysterically when he saw that Harley had beaten up the fake guards for Joshua Cobblepot 's bar mitzvah.
Joker continued heckling and insulting Bane while Harley was captured and prepared for execution. You're not a solo act. You're a sidekick, an afterthought.
Harley eventually undermined Joshua's confidence and escaped, at which point the Joker demanded that she admit that she was "nothing" without him, or else he would have her killed.
The Joker then sat recording her increasingly beleaguered fight, and when he noticed Bane attacking Kite Man he ordered him to refocus on Harley and Poison Ivy , calling him a "dumb, freakish monster".
Harley used this to turn the Legion against the Joker, with Bane complaining about the insults, about the Joker stealing his dinner, and about the Joker considering the bar mitzvah to be "stupid", shocking everyone.
Fed up, the Joker decided to kill Harley himself, at which point Ivy blocked him. He politely asked her to move, but instead she enshrouded him in vines and the standoff increased in tension.
Luckily for the Joker, his contractor called him at that moment, so he took the moment to complain about it and de-escalate the situation.
He asked to "put a pin in this" and then departed to deal with it, leaving Harley and Ivy unmolested.
She wasn't able to use all three keys alone to unlock the vault to steal it, but the Joker's goons were, so the Joker took it for himself.
Harley claimed he only got it because of his blindly faithful followers, and although he denied this, they obediently tossed her out of the train when he commanded them to.
Later on, Harley created her own crew and made it on the news, with the reporter claiming that Harley might soon become the Joker's "biggest competitor".
This angered him so much that he crushed his drink and shot his own TV. The Joker eventually attempted to rob a Credit Union, only to be stopped by Batman.
This prompted Harley to attempt to get a nemesis of her own, which backfired when Robin ended up as her nemesis.
Bemused, the Joker mocked her by sending pregnancy decorations to Poison Ivy's apartment along with a recording note card.
The recording mockingly congratulated her for "Robin the cradle" before exploding. If you want to see the Boy Wonder alive again, you better start showing up to my cool crimes.
Angered, the Joker rushed down the Tawny Young 's studio and exploded his way inside. He insisted that Batman was his nemesis and shoved Tawny aside, engaging in a three-way fight between himself, Batman, and Harley and Ivy fighting together.
Batman blasted Ivy aside with explosives and fought Harley again, so the Joker took the opportunity to bomb hanging studio equipment to fall onto Batman.
This allowed Ivy and Harley to gang up on Batman while the Joker kidnapped Robin, goading Batman into following after him again, abandoning Harley and Ivy.
Jokers in Harley Quinn 's subconscious. The Joker, while not physically present, was still seen throughout Harley Quinn 's subconscious when Harley's crew entered her mind.
Dozens of clones of the Joker littered the circus landscape, welcoming people or running carnival games. One Joker even pointed out that Harley was still clearly obsessed with him, and offered her a chance to "Win Daddy's Love" in a game of skill.
Before they could be interacted with further, several Harley Gremlins arrived and forced them to leave the area, and the Jokers, behind. The Joker was also seen in Harley's memory of her backstory, where he convinced a younger Harleen Quinzel to jump into a vat of chemicals.
Harley promptly reshaped the memory to be the moment when she broke up with the Joker, and although the Joker insisted that Harley couldn't change the past, she nonetheless continued to alter the memory until she successfully deluded herself into believing an empowering, false memory of her defeating the Joker instead of willingly jumping into the chemicals, as actually happened.
Once again in the real world, the Joker appeared before Harley after she successfully joined the Legion of Doom , laughing maniacally.
The Joker decided he would take his revenge on the Legion of Doom for allowing Harley Quinn inside, and set a plan in motion to create PlanetWide Pavers, an anti-environment trap to entice Poison Ivy to attack it so that she could be captured by Scarecrow and used in a scheme to destroy the Legion of Doom and all of Gotham City.
He also simultaneously decided to try to deceive Harley into believing she had regained his respect in order to betray her at an opportune moment.
He began this process by praising Harley in a speech to the entire Legion of Doom, and nodding encouragingly at her when he caught her eye briefly, which affected Harley strongly.
She thought it excessive, and since the Joker couldn't justify the cost for such a gratuitous project, Lex Luthor rejected it, much to the Joker's anger.
Afterward the Joker came to the break room with Bane and Harley, and ripped out one of Bane's tubes to send him sprawling out of the room.
Now along with Harley, he continued his facade by thanking Harley for standing up to him, agreeing with her that his plan needed work and that he needed to put the time in to fully flesh it out.
He invited her to have a "work drink" with him so that they could work on the plan together, and in exchange he offered to help Harley learn how to "game the system" in the Legion of Doom.
He insisted that they were now colleagues and wouldn't be having sex, given that he never had sex with Scarecrow or Bane.
When she continued to not respond, he backed out of the room and asked her to think about it. Harley soon agreed to the Joker's offer, intending to use him to get her crew off the hook from working for Bane, and so they went to Wild N' Wacky Wings for a drink together.
Harley asked him for help getting her crew free of Bane, and he assured her that he would have Lex Luthor take care of it, saying that Lex Luthor wants to keep Harley as an "asset".
At her incredulity, the Joker assured her that everyone thought of her as an asset, "You're a big deal.
You're Harley Quinn! If this is the Harley Quinn solo act, I just have one thing to say… I wish it had happened sooner. They eventually ended up on a commandeered yacht much like the one in " Til Death Do Us Part ", drinking wine in a romantic setting with the previous owners tied up beside them.
When one of the owners commented on how they were eating, the Joker and Harley threw them overboard onto a life raft, laughing together.
Harley also gave him a suggestion that he have his tower shoot up from underground to scare people "like a jack-in-the-box", which the Joker was unusually receptive to.
Harley was surprised and pleased by this, which the Joker brushed off as her becoming "another master", although he couldn't quite agree that she was "the master", and insisted that the phrase was "the student becomes a master equal to the original master, but not with more mastery than that master".
Even so, Harley took this to mean that the Joker was now ok with her leaving him, and he claimed that he wished she had become independent sooner.
Batman then arrived to interrupt their dinner, at which point the Joker remotely activated a helicopter to escape in and blasted Batman away with a grenade.
Then, in deliberate mirroring of the day he abandoned Harley on a yacht in "Til Death Do Us Part", he made as if to escape alone, but instead allowed her to escape with him, much to Harley's delight.
She squealed in pleasure and acceptance as he took her in his arms, and together they were lifted into the air by his helicopter out of Batman's reach.
Still overjoyed, Harley confessed that she used to dream about finally escaping together with him, so the Joker charmingly said he couldn't leave her because he needed her, at which point they began to kiss heatedly.
Then, just as Batman's Batplane flew up beside the helicopter, and while Harley was in the bliss of passion, he shoved her out of the helicopter to her death, laughing maniacally as Batman was forced to break her fall and allow him to escape.
Despite not making an appearance, the Joker remained active behind the scenes, furthering his plans to take his revenge on the Legion of Doom.
Already, Scarecrow had succeeded in capturing Poison Ivy , and intended to use her pheromones to mutate Gotham City Park trees into ravenous plant monsters.
Scarecrow succeeded in his task even as the Joker finalized the last portions of his plan, still behind the scenes.
At this point he had already sought out Queen of Fables , entering into an alliance with her so that she could wipe out the Justice League when they arrived to deal with the plant monsters.
All the Joker had to do now was to finish his tower, which would spring up from the ground as Harley suggested and destroy the Legion of Doom headquarters in the process, leaving him in complete control of Gotham City.
The Joker's new tower amidst the ruins of the Legion of Doom. All of the Joker's plans came to fruition, with Queen of Fables trapping the Justice League inside her storybook and sending Harley and her crew into the clouds to be killed by the giant from Jack and the Beanstalk.
With only the Legion of Doom left to take his revenge on, he activated his now-finished tower, exploding the Legion headquarters and launching the tower into the air where it stood.
He then broadcast himself to the city, mocking the old Legion of Doom for admitting "any second-rate clown with a cheap dye job" into their ranks.
Afterward he celebrated with Queen of Fables, until he realized that Harley Quinn and her crew survived, so he demanded she finish them off.
His plans initially seemed to be unraveling when Poison Ivy currently a giantess drew away and killed the plant monsters defending his tower, and Harley Quinn personally assassinated Queen of Fables, leaving him with fewer assets.
However, he kept a close eye on the situation and trained a harpoon on Ivy after she killed the last of the plant monsters.
While she stood still and talked to Harley, the Joker launched the harpoon - actually just a flag pole with his banner on it - which ran clean through Ivy's chest, mortally wounding her.
As the situation dawned on everyone, the Joker burst out into hysterical laughter which rolled across the countryside from his tower's speakers.
Ivy resolves that she and Harley would provide Catwoman with "positive female reinforcement", and the three then agree to become a team.
However, Harley and Ivy have one condition: they demand that Catwoman reveal to them the true identity of the original Batman. Suddenly, however, a new villain who tried to take down Selina Kyle named Boneblaster breaks into the apartment and the three of them have to move after they defeat him.
Later, after a chance encounter with who she thought was Bruce Wayne but was really disguised Hush , the Joker attempts to kill Harley, apparently out of jealousy.
Quinn is rescued by Ivy and Selina, and it is later revealed that her attacker wasn't the real Joker, but one of his old henchmen impersonating him.
During the Holidays, Harley travels to Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, where she visits her family. Her brother seems to be lazy and unwilling to work, causing Harley to fuss at him about the situation.
Her mother also voices her disapproval for Harley's status as a wanted criminal, even though her daughter tries to say that she has changed her ways.
The meeting leads to Harley going to visit her father in prison. She and her dad talk of why he is in jail once again, and he tries to tell her that he will also change his path if Harley has done so.
They share a moment, but Harley realizes that her 'Pop' is trying to find out where she has stashed money away for him. As Harley goes to exit the building, a guard asks for a picture.
She tries to refuse, but the guard claims that her father promised she would and he had given him money for the photo: This angers Harley even further.
Quinn soon returns to Gotham City, not wanting to stay anywhere near her family. She then goes back to living with Catwoman and Poison Ivy in an abandoned animal kennel, which she warmly regards as her new home.
Following a number of adventures with Catwoman and Ivy, Harley betrays them and breaks into Arkham with the goal of killing the Joker for abusing her as often as he did.
However, Harley ultimately chooses to instead release Joker from his cell, and together the two orchestrate a violent takeover of the facility that results in most of the guards and staff members either being killed or taken hostage by the inmates.
Harley and the Joker are eventually defeated by Batman and Catwoman, and Harley is last seen being wheeled away while bound in a straitjacket and muzzle.
Shortly after this, Poison Ivy breaks into Harley's cell and attempts to kill her for her betrayal, but instead offers to free her if she helps kill Catwoman, who had left both of her fellow Sirens behind in Arkham.
Harley agrees, and the two set out to trap Catwoman. During the ensuing fight, Catwoman says that she saw good in them and really only wanted to help.
Just as Batman is about to arrest them, Catwoman helps the two of them escape. Now sporting a new costume, Harley is later arrested by Black Canary after murdering one of the prosecutors who put the Joker behind bars.
She is then tortured and forcibly inducted into the Suicide Squad by Amanda Waller. It is eventually revealed that she no longer wears face paint, and that her bleached skin is now part of a permanent condition.
She also seems to be attracted to Deadshot , as she sees an abusive leader in him just as she saw in the Joker. Despite having no powers at all, she proves to be a valuable asset to the Squad, though she is easily the most mentally unstable Deadshot described her as "cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.
Surprisingly, she does not show any visible reaction upon hearing of the Joker's "death" beyond stopping in her tracks and staring off into space, though after Deadshot snaps her out of her day dream and tells her to focus she replies "Focus.
Consider me very focused right now". In the fourth issue she is moved into isolation and separated from the rest of the Suicide Squad, which confuses the Belle Reeve guards as she is a powerless unstable woman, though as her guards ask what she could possibly do Waller insults the guard's intelligence and Quinn smiles at the guard.
She is not seen with the rest of the Suicide Squad when they are sent to put down the break out at Belle Reeve. It's revealed at the end of the fifth issue that Quinn somehow orchestrated the breakout and deactivated her bomb as a diversion to escape from Belle Reeve, and is shown to be going to Gotham City to learn about Joker's death.
Quinn returns to Gotham and begins a crime spree with henchmen in her image. During the issue Quinn flashbacks to her first meetings with Joker, though her origins have been slightly altered as of the reboot.
Unlike her DCAU counterpart and previous versions, Harleen never believed any of the Joker's tales about his childhood and is shown to be both incredibly intelligent and has some fighting proficiency as shown when she threatened the Joker upon realizing he has brought a knife into their first session.
In their tenth session Joker reveals what he learned about Harley, that her father had been killed in a hit-and-run by a drunk, wealthy rich man who had enough connections to escape the charges and jail time.
Joker then presents her with the man's finger, explaining it would be difficult to sneak the man's fat corpse into the Asylum, but that he had already tried as much.
She tortures a psychologist and former friend for the location of Joker's body before slitting the woman's throat.
In order to get to his face Harley allows herself to be arrested by the GCPD and brought into their building.
She and Savant fight, until she outsmarts Savant by trapping him in a pressure cell rigged to explode should he attempt to escape, and mockingly says to stay there.
She drops infrared bombs, blinding Deadshot, and sneaks up behind him, knocking him out with her sledgehammer. He wakes up unmasked and is forced to wear Joker's face.
Harley, now believing that Deadshot is Joker, asks him why he didn't come back for her. Going along, he asks her that if she truly loves him, she would try to kill the Bat family.
So happily, she runs towards 'the Joker', but Deadshot shoots her in the gut. Quinn survived, but requires surgery to recover from her grievous wounds.
Amanda Waller still considers Harley as part of the Suicide Squad despite what had happened, but threatens her not to pull this kind of stunt again.
Harley's near brush with death seemed to have cured her of her psychosis, and for a time, she refers to herself as 'Dr Harleen Quinzel' again.
Later in the series it is revealed that this was only temporary. It is possible Harley has developed multiple personality disorder.
Harley returned to the team after her betrayal, but Deadshot seems to be against her returning to the squad.
When Harley tries to 'make it up to him' she receives a punch in the face. When a gunman working for Basilisk who was being taken in for interrogation was poisoned, a traitor was suspected in the group.
Deadshot appears to believe the traitor to be Harley Quinn after her rampage earlier on in the series. When the plane they are flying on is destroyed by a member of Basilisk, the Suicide Squad lands somewhere in the Gulf of Mexico where a tribe of Mayans capture them and get ready to sacrifice many of the members.
Sometime later Harley is seen in a storage unit with many of her "treasures" talking to her stuffed beaver.
She is thinking about what it would be like for her to have her own comic book. When she hears some voices who offer to depict her in her comics.
First Becky Cloonan depicts her as a rock star in the middle of a concert, but she gets booed off stage resulting in her shooting her band, and asked to see another author.
Tony Daniel draws her as a giant robot dubbed "Harley-Zilla" by Harley, she goes around destroying the town but eventually decides to go with someone else.
Next she is riding a dolphin and saves a cruise ship from some pirates, she was drawn as a businesswoman, and then a ninja who kills the previous artist that drew her.
Jim Lee then depicts Harley fighting Batman in the opera house from the Hush arc in the new style, but Harley doesn't want a reprint so she moves on, and is drawn doing her "rev up your Harley" scene from the animated series but she forgets her lines.
She goes through being a soccer player, Miss Gotham winner, and ends up in the Tiny titans comic, but she attacks them with her hammer for their "sugarcoated nonsense".
Harley is then put into a car with Poison Ivy as they drive towards a cliff after they go over she gets moved into another car by Dave Johnson, which crashes into the Hollywood sign.
Jeremy Roberts, then makes fun of her time in the suicide squad by depicting Harley in many dangerous situations, afterwards she is put into a swamp where she is attacked by a monster version of The Joker, she kills it with her hammer and is happy after she gets transported to a sonny yacht by Darwyn Cooke.
Where she and Catwoman plan to rob the people on board but they get defeated by Amanda Conner. She wakes up and finds a bomb left by the Joker which subsequently destroys her home, she survives and finds a comic of her whose art she likes.
Then a man in a car comes up to her and tells her that one of her former patients from Arkham left her some real estate in his will. Causing Harley to say "This is gonna be fun.
Harley rides her motorcycle through Coney Island with the remainder of her treasures on the back of it. When she sees a man walking a sad dog through the street, causing her to attack the man with a whip and drag him down the street.
Where she is spotted by a bounty hunter who tries to kill her, causing her to crash in the middle of a bridge, her new dog fetches her hammer and she proceeds to knock the guys head off for the trouble he caused.
Some time later she arrives at the apartment she meets Big Tony, Queenie, and the other tenants of the apartment.
Then goes on a tour of her new four floor building, but soon learns she has to cover the expenses prompting her to get a job.
She uses make up to cover up her dyed skin so she can appear as her "normal" self to get a job working as a therapist, then goes for try outs at a roller derby, where -after brutally beating up the other entrants- she gets a position on the team.
Later that night while relaxing on her rooftop a woman attempts to stab her but is shot by Big Tony. Afterwards they find a poster offering a two-million dollar reward for Harley dead or alive.
Gifted Intellect: Despite being somewhat absent-minded, she is shown to be highly trained in psychiatry and gymnastics. Expert Combatant: Harley Quinn is a highly skilled combatant due to her years as a criminal and uses her skills in gymnastics to help her in her fights.
In the animated series Quinn often teamed up with Poison Ivy to take on Batman. Quinn's friendship with Ivy was also one of the few villainous team-ups in the animated series seemingly rooted in genuine friendship.
When Ivy demanded during one episode that Quinn stand up for herself, Quinn said "I am not a doormat—am I?
Her eventual fate is shown in the movie Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. She disappeared, and was presumed dead, after falling into a deep crevasse during Batman's final showdown with the Joker; however, incredibly deep pits are a notoriously unreliable means of death in fiction.
Indeed, a scene toward the end of the film reveals that she survived to start a family, with her granddaughters Delia and Deidre Dennis inheriting her devotion to the Joker and eventually joining the Jokerz Gang as Dee-Dee.ehemals: Quinntets, Secret Six, Secret Society of Super-Villains, Joker League of Anarchy, Gotham City Sirens.
